Job summary

Applied ABC Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes direct client interaction, data collection, and adherence to individualized intervention plans.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current progress toward relevant education, and a valid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
