Job summary

Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center services for children with autism across the United States. This role supports one-to-one behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision and requires ABA experience and an active RBT certification.

The position emphasizes working directly in homes with children, regular training, and ongoing data collection to monitor progress. Strong availability on weekdays and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
