Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role involves implementing individualized plans, gathering data, and collaborating with supervisors to ensure quality care.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4pm to 7pm, with occasional weekend availability. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certificate, a BA in a related field or are pursuing related studies, and at least one year of ABA

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education.
• RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Communicate regularly with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.
• Collect therapy session data.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
