Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role centers on implementing tailored intervention plans, monitoring progress, and recording accurate session data to guide ongoing treatment.

Candidates should have 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field (or be pursuing relevant education), and a valid RBT certificate.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
