Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and center-based services for children with autism in the United States. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, working directly in the homes of children with autism.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education, and a valid RBT

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
