Job summary

Applied ABC is hiring RBTs to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism. The role offers supervision under a BCBA, ongoing ABA training, and collaborative support from experienced colleagues.

Flexible weekday and weekend hours are available, with a focus on data-driven progress and patient-centered care. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a related BA, and an active RBT certification (or commitment to obtain it with company support).

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification, or company support to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA.
• Avail weekdays and weekends.
• Collect therapy session data.

About the Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans

• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques

• Regular communication with supervisory staff

• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA

• Weekday and weekend availability

• Collect therapy session data

Schedule of the Center: Monday to Friday 4pm to 6pm Saturday 9am to 2pm
