Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement one-to-one behavioral interventions for children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and participate in ongoing staff training, communicating regularly with supervisory staff.

Availability on weekdays and weekends is required to deliver consistent therapy in clients' homes. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification and a BA in a related field or are pursuing related education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
