Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental differences in home and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans and helping develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or related field.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plus One Of The Following

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
