Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges in Jacksonville, FL.

The role involves implementing behavior change plans, documenting progress, and helping clients improve social and communication skills, with mileage reimbursement, flexible hours, and competitive pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 12-years of age.
• College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or 1 year experience with children.
