Job summary

Succeed ABA - North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA interventions in clients' natural environments in Asheville, NC. Part- and full-time positions are available, with weekly pay and a supportive supervisory team.

Qualified candidates will have RBT certification or 40-hour training, a valid driver's license, and experience with autism spectrum disorders. You will work with families and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Criminal background check required.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities
