Job summary

Succeed ABA is looking for a dedicated ABA support professional in Gastonia, NC. You will provide applied behavior analysis interventions in natural settings, collect and analyze progress data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.

The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with weekly pay and benefits. Ideal candidates have an RBT certificate or 40-hour training, a valid driver’s license, and experience working with children or adolescents with autism.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT or completed 40-hour training required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and be open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect data, analyze progress, and prepare presentations.
• Coordinate with program staff to maintain consistency.

Job Responsibilities:

Pay:

$25-$30 per hour
