Succeed ABA in Blanch, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA interventions in natural settings and collaborate with families. The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and teamwork with supervising clinicians to ensure consistent program delivery.

Ideal candidates will have RBT certification or 40-hour training, reliable transportation, and prior experience with autism.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
