Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our Green Mountain, NC team. You will deliver ABA interventions in natural settings, collect data, and support treatment plans under supervision.

This role offers part-time and full-time paths with weekly pay and a strong emphasis on balance and professional respect. You will work with children and adolescents with autism, maintain open communication with families and staff, and participate in ongoing feedback to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour course.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Pay: $25-$30 per hour.
