Job summary

Succeed ABA in Asheville, NC is seeking compassionate professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapies to children in natural settings. You will collect and analyze data and collaborate with other staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

We offer weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, referral bonuses, and paid time off. Part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible schedules and a supportive team dedicated to client success.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
