Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Mount Olive, North Carolina is seeking compassionate ABA professionals to support children with autism in natural environments.

You will collect data, analyze progress, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistent, evidence-based ABA interventions and positive outcomes. Flexible scheduling helps achieve true work–life balance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40-hour course required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
