Job summary

Succeed ABA in North Carolina is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis interventions to clients in natural environments, collect data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.

The position requires an RBT certification or 40-hour ABA course, a valid driver's license, and experience with autism. We offer weekly pay, health insurance, incentive programs, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, organized team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40 hour ABA course completed.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
