Job summary

Succeed ABA in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA interventions to clients in natural environments, collect and summarize data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.

Qualifications include RBT certification or 40-hour course, valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, plus strong communication with families and staff; a background check is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments

• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation

• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification or 40 hour course

• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)

• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance

• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions

• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
