Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Ashburn, VA. This part-time position offers consistent afternoon and evening hours with some morning availability, including in-home ABA therapy sessions.

You will work with children diagnosed with autism, implement BCBA-designed plans, and track progress. Competitive pay, paid training, and certification support are offered along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support client success.
• Create engaging and supportive learning opportunities.
• Help children achieve meaningful developmental milestones.
