Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• ABA experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering individualized 1:1 ABA therapy services.
• Implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collecting and recording client data accurately.
• Creating engaging and motivating learning opportunities.
• Collaborating with caregivers and clinical supervisors.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an RBT with EzCare ABA, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, helping them build critical communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities Include:
