Job summary

EzCare ABA in Beaverdam, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home, deliver sessions, collect data, and help children build communication, social, and daily-living skills under BCBA supervision.

We offer afternoon–early evening hours, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling, paid training, RBT certification assistance, and ongoing clinical support to help you grow.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs, helping them learn and strengthen valuable life skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions in the child's home

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record therapy session data

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

Ideal Candidate
