Job summary

EzCare ABA in Alexandria, VA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time, afternoon and evening shifts. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and clinic settings, following BCBA-guided plans and tracking progress alongside families and clinical staff.

The role emphasizes patient, reliable, and compassionate care with opportunities for professional growth and certification support in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Positive attitude, patience and passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Help children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
