Job summary

EzCare ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and evening shifts in the Alexandria, VA area. You will provide 1:1 ABA sessions, implement plans from a BCBA, and track progress while collaborating with families and clinicians to reach each child’s goals.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children. Background checks and reliable local travel are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Positive attitude, patience, and passion for helping children succeed.

What You'll Do

• Competitive Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
