Job summary
EzCare ABA in Sandston, VA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes with afternoon and early-evening hours. Immediate client placements and competitive pay from $25 to $34 per hour are available, with BCBA supervision and ongoing clinical support.
You will work with families to implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help children gain communication, independence, and social skills, under strong mentor guidance.
Qualifications
- Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- ABA experience highly valued.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and maintain accurate session data.
- Support communication, behavioral, social, and daily living goals.
- Create engaging and motivating learning experiences.
