Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in-home, in-school, or in-clinic with ABA therapy. You will work under BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to foster client success.

Flexibile shifts are available, and the role offers opportunities for career growth while making a meaningful impact in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25-$32/hour
• Job Type: Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Woodbridge, Ashburn, Alexandria

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
