Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking compassionate RBTs for in-home ABA therapy in Chesapeake, VA (23322). This part-time role offers an afternoon/early evening schedule with a pay range of $25-$34 per hour, ideal for students and professionals seeking after-school hours.

You'll work 1:1 with children, implement BCBA-developed plans, and track progress while building strong family relationships. Training and supervision are provided to support growth and certification needs.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client's home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
