Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a growing team delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, or school settings under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on helping children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and achieve meaningful goals with compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.

Responsibilities
