Walmart is seeking a Licensed HVAC/R Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across a local regional market and own facility performance across multiple locations. The role requires an active HVAC/R license, EPA certification, and strong leadership with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with store managers and vendors, and drive predictive and preventive maintenance strategies in a dynamic retail environment across assigned regions.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R license in good standing required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 3–5 years in facilities management or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify needs.
• Use analytics and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Maintain contractor licensing and compliance with regulations.
• Secure permits and coordinate inspections per codes.
• Conduct site inspections to support safety, quality and compliance.
