Qualifications

• HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• 3–5 years of facilities/maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge and leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services to identify needs.
• Use reporting and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure license compliance and permits.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality standards.
