Job summary

You will lead multiple locations, forecast market opportunities, and implement strategic plans to boost profitability and customer satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent distribution experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ten years distribution experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading and managing multiple locations with responsibility for sales, operations, financial performance, and team development.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages two business operations to increase sales, profitability, market share, and customer/employee satisfaction.
• Manages at least two branch managers within a zone and sets goals per region.
• Assesses market conditions, forecasts financial objectives and business plans for branches.
• Researches and implements strategic/marketing plans and policy changes for branches and organization.
• Oversees P&L to meet profitability goals; conducts monthly reviews with managers.
• Travel up to 40% of the time; build customer relationships and develop the team.
