• Experience in landscape/irrigation or related industry.
• Ability to analyze figures, read procedures, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage five business operations to increase sales and profitability.
• Manage multiple Sales Center Managers and set regional goals.
• Assess market conditions, forecast opportunities, and build business plans.
• Grow business with new products and new customers while safeguarding assets.
• Oversee P&L, conduct monthly performance reviews, and ensure safety.
