Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Workplace Experience Ambassador to join the onsite account team in Plano, TX. You will be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring space readiness and a friction-free workplace environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to deliver elevated service to employees and visitors. The role supports across facilities and requires proactive, customer-focused behavior.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with end users and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high touch support to employees in the workplace, including wayfinding and resources.
• Welcome employees and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Develop trusted relationships with end users and colleagues across functions.
• Act as first line of response to questions, troubleshoot issues, and follow up as needed.
• Assess space readiness for workspaces, conference rooms, and offices.
• Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance to keep spaces employee-ready.
• Educate employees on equipment, processes, space use, and etiquette.
• Address employee feedback and escalate when necessary.
• Capture voice of the customer data and share with managers.
• Follow escalation protocols and understand cross-functional responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate on solutions.
• Serve as main contact for Workplace Experience team on client site.
• Assist account leadership with administrative tasks as assigned.
