Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Regional Workforce Coordinator to coordinate labor across hotel and offsite operations in Las Vegas. You will plan, schedule, and train teams to improve labor efficiency and customer service, reporting to a Divisional Workforce Manager.

You will collaborate with hotel sites and event teams to align labor resources, monitor costs, and implement guidelines to ensure service standards while avoiding excessive broker usage. Irregular hours and on-call may apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of labor management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills required, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate upcoming workforce needs with offsite and hotel locations.
• Proactively engage locations on large labor requests to manage costs and service quality.
• Assess labor requirements and reduce labor broker usage by matching skills to needs.
• Source labor from external regions or brokers for large events as needed.
• Provide regular feedback and assist with labor reports and savings tracking.
