Job summary

The Freeman Company’s Labor Control team in Las Vegas is seeking a Labor Control Coordinator to provide labour-scheduling services for the branch. This full-time, in-office role collaborates with customers, team members and vendors to deliver excellent service.

The position requires scheduling experience, strong Excel and payroll familiarity, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. English proficiency and a HS diploma are required; travel up to 25% may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year scheduling experience.
• Experience with a collective bargaining agreement.
• Strong software skills, including email, timekeeping, phone system, and payroll.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data management and automation.
• Ability to work varied shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Read, speak and write English; HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
• Use office software including word processing, email, and Excel; operate SharePoint and Citrix for tickets processing.
• Open and create new files for each job/show.
• Operate and maintain office equipment; liaise with IT for issues.
• Assist with other projects and special assignments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
