Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to organize regional staffing for hotel and offsite events. The role emphasizes coordinating labor for venues, enhancing service quality, and optimizing scheduling across multiple properties.

The position reports to a Divisional Workforce Manager and requires strong communication, planning, and data-driven decision making to improve efficiency and labor costs while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of labor management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills required, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate upcoming workforce needs across hotel and offsite locations.
• Proactively engage locations on large labor requests to reduce costs and improve service.
• Assess labor requirements and recommend strategies to reduce broker usage.
• Source labor from external regions or brokers for large properties as needed.
• Maintain and improve regional labor resource planning and scheduling.
• Provide regular feedback and reporting on labor trends and savings.
• Participate in training coordination and scheduling support.
