Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR department experience, preferably within a casino.
• Must have computer knowledge and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files (personal, confidential and I-9).
• File, audit and check all I-9 documents for 100% compliance.
• Track union grievances and coordinate grievance files.
• Coordinate unemployment claim paperwork and liaise with TALX.
• Assist HR front counter duties, badging, and related tasks.
