Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an Onsite Coordinator for a distribution center in the area. This role acts as the primary conduit between associates and client leadership, ensuring clear communication, accurate scheduling, and a positive onsite experience.

You will manage scheduling and attendance, support onboarding, maintain workforce records, and address associate questions with professionalism. The position requires daily onsite presence and availability on weekends, with an overnight shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in staffing, workforce coordination, HR support, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and client management.
• Coordinate employee scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Support onboarding and new hire processes.
• Maintain accurate workforce documentation and reporting.
