CIMSPA is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to drive regional workforce development in London and Essex. You will cultivate partnerships with employers, education providers and strategic partners to strengthen the sport and physical activity workforce.

You will combine relationship-building with commercial acumen to influence priorities, develop local skills plans and grow partnerships that create lasting impact across communities. This is a remote role with travel.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience generating income, achieving targets and growing partnerships.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience identifying opportunities to upsell and deepen customer engagement.
• Knowledge of workforce development, skills planning or employability initiatives.
• Knowledge of local funding, devolution or regional skills priorities.
• Confidence presenting and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences.
• Strong CRM and data management skills.

• Develop and deliver local workforce and skills plans.
• Grow partnerships and generate income through sponsorship and status opportunities.
• Present to stakeholders and convert new employer partnerships.
