Job summary

ASME is seeking a collaborative Manager, Industry Partnerships, Workforce Development to lead employer engagement for apprenticeship and work-based learning. You will build and sustain partnerships with industry, education, and workforce systems while aligning programs with employer needs.

The role supports high-quality training, ongoing employer onboarding, and data-driven program improvements, with periodic travel and a remote work arrangement across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + five years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of five years in apprenticeship, workforce development, or employer engagement.
• Experience building and managing employer or industry partnerships.
• Working knowledge of RAPIDS, WIOA, community colleges, and grant-funded programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer and industry engagement to expand participation in ASME apprenticeship programs.
• Build long-term relationships with employers across targeted industry sectors.
• Support development and execution of partnership agreements and MOUs.
• Collaborate with education partners to align curricula with employer needs.
• Track KPIs, assist with grant reporting, and drive program improvements.
