Job summary

You will join a vibrant youth charity delivering seven-day-a-week universal youth work in West London. You will lead a large team of Youth Workers and be responsible for the Youth Zone’s open-access offer, welcoming up to 200 young people per session and driving high standards of practice.

The role involves senior leadership collaboration with the CEO, SLT and Board of Trustees to deliver life-changing youth work and to raise aspirations for young people in the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding, e.g. DSO/DSL or deputy.
• Proven track record in project and budget management.
• Experience leading and collaborating across teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Staffing the teams and managing volunteer connections.
• Overseeing the universal seven-day-aweek youth work offer.
• Building and managing partnerships with stakeholders.
• Ensuring policy, compliance and quality assurance across the programme.
