Zusammenfassung

VANTAGE Aging seeks a Career Coaching and Program Supervisory professional to lead participant counseling, develop IEPs, and document progress in the CRM system to ensure program compliance and strong outcomes.

You will also drive outreach to recruit low-income adults 55+, develop host sites, manage office operations, and supervise staff participants while coordinating with Paylocity and Office 365 tools in a hybrid Ohio-based role with regular regional travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, social sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant client- or public-facing professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and provide career counseling, assess participant skills and goals, and update Individual Employment Plans (IEP) twice yearly.
• Develop outreach plans to recruit diverse participants aged 55+ and enroll eligible individuals.
• Lead daily office operations, supervise staff participants, and maintain proficiency in CRM, Paylocity, and Office 365.
