Job summary

VANTAGE Aging is a nonprofit in Ohio seeking a career coaching and program management professional for the SCSEP program. You will counsel participants, develop IEPs, and drive unsubsidized job placements across multiple counties with regional travel.

The role combines coaching, outreach, and supervision of staff participants, requiring strong knowledge of Office tools, CRM systems, and local resources. Benefits include holidays, PTO, health coverage, disability plans, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, social sciences, or related field.
• At least 3 years of client- or public-facing experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 3 years using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of social service and employment resources in the assigned territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide career counseling and develop/update an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) twice yearly.
• Develop, review, and update IEPs, and conduct job development and outreach for unsubsidized placements.
• Lead daily office operations, supervise staff participants, and maintain a high-performing environment.
• Document all counseling sessions, progress, and job placements in the CRM to ensure compliance.
