Job summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager – Workers’ Compensation Underwriting to lead and grow the regional WC underwriting program. You will oversee underwriting operations, portfolio management, pricing discipline, and broker/agency relationships to drive profitable growth.

The role requires deep WC underwriting expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to scale through strategic territory management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workers’ Compensation underwriting experience.
• Leadership experience managing underwriting teams or regional operations.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI and state bureau regulations, experience modification analysis, payroll and class code review.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional Workers’ Compensation underwriting operations to achieve profitable growth, retention, and production objectives.
• Oversee underwriting strategy, portfolio management, pricing discipline, and risk selection across the assigned territory.
• Drive profitable new business production while maintaining strong renewal retention and underwriting profitability.
• Collaborate with claims, actuarial, product, and operations to improve underwriting outcomes.
