• Payroll, class code review, and loss trend evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Workers' Compensation underwriting operations to achieve profitable growth and retention.
• Oversee underwriting strategy, portfolio management, pricing discipline, and risk selection across the territory.
• Drive profitable new business production while maintaining renewal profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail agents, wholesale brokers, and program administrators.
