Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Regional Lead WMS Systems Specialist to own end-to-end A&I delivery for a Global Customer Management client. You’ll translate business demand into structured work packages, oversee regional engineers, and ensure adherence to global standards.

The role operates at the intersection of commercial account management and technical delivery, collaborating with stakeholders across time zones to drive efficient WMS implementations and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in WMS implementation, application & integration management, or supply chain systems delivery.
• 3+ years in a client-facing or account management capacity within logistics tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end A&I delivery for the assigned GCM client from pre-sale through steady-state operations.
• Consolidate demands into structured A&I work packages and provide governance across regions.
• Oversee A&I engineers, review designs and testing strategies, and ensure unified delivery methodology.
• Coordinate demand, resources, and priorities between regions; maintain global alignment.
• Provide visibility on volume, complexity, capacity, and timelines to leadership.
• Identify risks and manage escalations to protect delivery timelines.
