Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks an Implementation Design Lead I to serve as the technical resource on multiple projects, guiding requirements, testing, configuration, and readiness of the WMS and related solutions. You will work with stakeholders to define technical specifications, mitigate risks, and ensure standardized designs.

The role involves collaborating with IT teams and vendors, supporting system integration, and delivering predefined IT solutions on client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.
• 4+ years IT experience with a technical design background.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for WMS implementations and related solutions.
• Act as the technical lead on multiple projects, aligning with product and IT teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to customize and integrate WMS with business processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for deployments.
• Provide training and technical guidance to associates and partners.
