Job summary

DSV seeks a Senior System Lead, Application & Integration (GCM) to own end-to-end A&I delivery for a global enterprise account. You will translate client needs into structured work packages and provide technical governance across regions.

You'll collaborate with regional engineering teams, manage change requests, and ensure adherence to global standards while representing DSV with senior client stakeholders in a fast-paced, 50% travel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in WMS implementation, application & integration management, or supply chain systems delivery.
• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing or account management capacity within a logistics, 3PL, or supply chain technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end A&I delivery for the GCM client from pre-sale to steady-state.
• Translate client demand into structured A&I work packages and oversee execution.
• Provide governance and ensure adherence to global A&I standards.
• Coordinate cross-region teams and manage risks, capacity, and timelines.
• Act as external-facing SPOC for the global enterprise account.
