Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in WMS implementation, application & integration management, or supply chain systems delivery.
• Minimum 3 years in client-facing or account management within logistics or supply chain tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of A&I delivery for the GCM client.
• Translate business demand into structured A&I work packages.
• Provide functional oversight to regional A&I engineers and manage changes.
