• Strong knowledge of CMMS and O&M practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of multiple wind energy centers.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with EHS guidelines.
• Develop and implement maintenance philosophies and procedures.
• Reduce turbine downtime and improve technician productivity.
• Coordinate with O&M Managers and Operations Engineering to resolve technical issues.
