Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing the Upstream, Prairie Breeze II and III Energy Centers in the United States. You'll manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a skilled team to deliver safe and effective energy production.

Requirements include supervisory experience and effective communication skills, with preferred technical degrees and extensive experience in power generation facilities. This role includes a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $155,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility safely.
• Prepare and implement plant operating procedures.
• Recruit, select, train and manage staff.
• Prepare annual budgets and status reports.
• Interface with local customers and suppliers.
