Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Director, Renewable O&M to lead operations and maintenance for multiple renewable energy centers in the northeast and Canada. The role is remote, based in New York, with frequent travel to sites.

You will supervise teams, drive safety and engagement, and align maintenance with company culture while optimizing uptime and performance across wind energy assets. Competitive base pay and bonus opportunities accompany a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, operations or maintenance with at least 5 years in supervision/leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of CMMS and O&M practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work outdoors at heights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of multiple renewable energy centers in the northeast and Canada.
• Engage with EHS to ensure safety and wellbeing of employees.
• Develop operational philosophies aligned with company culture and mission.
• Evaluate maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize technician productivity.
• Collaborate with O&M Managers and Operations Engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for operating regions.
• Recruit, select, and train operating and administrative personnel.
• Conduct regular visits and audits of wind energy centers.
• Other tasks as assigned.
